Project Management – What Works, What Doesn’t

     -- and how to Promote one and Prevent the other!

     We would probably all agree that building a boat is a ‘project’ – but what else do companies do that would be considered a project worthy of ‘project management’? This interactive workshop will introduce participants to the Seven Stages of Project Management and help them understand how different people in their company are tied to the project.
