    Topics Include: Managing Work Teams; Project Structure/ Work Breakdown; Work Planning/Actions, Assignments, Resources & Risk Management; Scheduling, Resource Allocation Final Planning; Implementing Project Mgt. on the job.

PART 3 ADVANCED

    Fixing Tough Projects & Managing Risk

    February 9, 2011 -- 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

    Topics Include: Nature of Workplace Risk and Where It Occurs; Identifying, Analyzing & Countering Risk (Avoiding Crisis Driven Projects); Fixing A Poorly Managed Project; Dealing With Worst Case Scenarios
